Reviews of 11Th Avenue Hostel
-
Robert
The location of the hostel was perfect for exploring the city and visiting the clubs nearby. We loved how close it was to everything. Contrary to some reviews, we found the staff to be friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and resolve any issues that arose during our stay. The recently remodeled hostel looked amazing. The common areas were clean and well-maintained, and the addition of a cute café was a nice touch.
Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as a noisy AC machine and a poor shower, we found the overall quality of the hostel to be reasonable for the price we paid. Based on our experience, we would recommend this hostel.

The location near the art museum and downtown area was perfect. Good coffee places, pubs, and eateries nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable, with clean towels provided. Friendly front desk staff.
Felt snug, no complaints at all.

Eric
friendly welcome and good tips given by the very nice receptionist! Great location.
Small bed, heating too powerful. No breakfast facilities. A little too expensive for my taste.

Robert
Ideal location, room of correct size, comfortable bed, small sink with mirror, simple but comfortable enough for 1 or 2 nights.
There is no air-conditioning but there are fans in the rooms, so it is very very hot and it is difficult to make a draft when opening the windows because there is noise in the street.

My stay at the hotel was an incredible value for my money. The room was clean, private, and quiet, offering a comfortable sleep. The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot, with a convenient corner store next door. The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to assist and provide helpful information.
The only thing that could make the breakfast offerings better would be to include more variety and options for guests to choose from.

The location is great and easy to get an Uber. Although the lounge is under construction, the microwave and refrigerator are still accessible. I would recommend this accommodation.

Having a kitchen is convenient, especially with a refrigerator. The wifi works very well in the rooms. Possibility to park in the adjacent streets.
Quite impersonal and noisy establishment.

reception and age of the building.
A big bald man, a member of the staff who is zealous for a few cents: so a headache!

This hotel is located in a cool area of Denver, right on Broadway Avenue in the city center. Despite being on a busy road with nightclubs, the rooms are surprisingly quiet. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, making you feel right at home. The basic amenities in the rooms, like the queen-size bed and sink, are a big plus. Having a bathroom in the room is convenient, especially for the affordable prices. And the best part is that breakfast is included, making it a great value for money.
All was fine, no improvements needed.

location, room size, small water room in the room, staff reactivity / radiator leakage.
The fact that there is no breakfast offered, the bed that makes a terrible noise when you move, the lack of warmth at the reception.
-
John
Cleanliness... bravo!
The environment is noisy and double glazing would be necessary.
-
Brian
The location is perfect, close to many tourist attractions and right next to the common area where you can relax and socialize. There is also a convenience store nearby, making it easy to grab snacks or any necessities you may need.
The neighborhood can be a bit shaky with some less desirable characters roaming around.
